We are based in Mount Waverley and provide speech pathology services to homes, kinders and schools across the south-eastern suburbs, including Burwood, Burwood East, Glen Waverley, Oakleigh East, Clayton, Notting Hill, Wantirna, Donvale, Vermont and Endeavour Hills. Sessions are also available online via telehealth. 

Yes, telehealth speech pathology sessions are available for families who prefer flexible appointments from home.

Sessions are interactive, goal-focused and tailored to your child’s needs. Telehealth can be a great option for parent coaching, home practice and supporting communication in your child’s everyday environment.

Initial sessions are usually 60 minutes, allowing time for assessment/s. Ongoing therapy sessions are typically 45 minutes in length. 

We welcome clients who are self-managed or plan-managed under the NDIS.

Medicare

You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate through a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan, previously known as a CDM or EPC plan. This may provide rebates for up to 5 allied health sessions per calendar year.

Some children may also be eligible for Medicare rebates through the M10 Eligible Disability pathway, depending on their diagnosis and individual circumstances.

To check eligibility and referral requirements, please speak with your GP before booking.

Private Health Funds

Depending on your provider and level of cover, you may be able to claim a rebate through your private health insurance.

It is best to contact your health fund directly to confirm what speech pathology services are included and how much can be claimed.

Please note, you cannot claim a rebate from both Medicare and your private health fund for the same session.
